It was such a joy to hear and to know that all of our guests are happy and enjoying the event very much. They are also enjoying themselves while staying at The Westin. It was a superb service and hospitality being provided by you and your colleague. And taking this opportunity, I would also like to apologize should there be any tension, sudden request and/or any miss conduct before and during the event.
